Christian Spiritual Direction
Come as you are. Come a little closer.
I would be honored to walk a stretch of the way with you.

About Me
For me, listening looks a lot like love. People long to be heard and it is a privilege to listen to someone's story.

O Lord, calm me into a quietness that heals.
— Ted Loder
We meet face to face by video, so distance is no obstacle.
Each meeting is an unhurried hour set aside for you.
Most meet about once a month — more often if you'd like.
You choose within the range, so cost need not be a barrier.

We begin with a conversation.
Before anything else, we simply talk. It's a chance to meet, to ask whatever you'd like, and to sense together whether this is right for you. There is nothing to prepare.
A note on what this is. Spiritual direction is companionship for your life with God. It is not professional counseling or psychotherapy, and it is not a substitute for mental-health treatment or medical care.
